Kevin has handled multi-line claims and appraisals since 1986. He has vast experience with real property, summer cabins, rv's, lake homes, hobby/dairy farms. He has hands on experience with many types of machinery and heavy equipment. Kevin once trained as an auto mechanic and has 35+ years of damage/repair experience. Since that time he has been involved with anything from a tow claim to a fatality. He enjoys the fast paced senior level of management of claims for all lines. When he was a staff employee he handled a heavy case load of multi-line claims for several major insureds. He was assigned accounts such as UPS, International Paper, and Hormel to mention a few. He averaged a closing claim rate of over 30 cases per month.

Kevin's career responsibilities have included sales, client retention, real property damage, loss reviews, audits, reserving, settlement, special investigations, legal case/medical review, consultation, mediation, and arbitration. Kevin was trained as a multi-line claim's representative and became a specialist in the following areas; bodily injury claim and settlement for all lines, subrogation in all lines, Minnesota Worker's compensation, Commercial/Personal auto physical & property damage-total loss, Minnesota/PIP-No Fault, E & O, GL and cargo losses.

Some personal stuff:

Kevin thrives on field work and meeting people. He is determined to investigate and find all information to finalize claim investigations. He has an high percentage of direct dealing with claimants when he has the claim assigned when it is fresh. He has trained hundreds of accounts/clients on how to promptly report all claims and retain evidence. Kevin has decades of experience managing claims that were in litigation. He has worked hand in hand with many of the most highly respected defense firms in the state.

In his spare time he enjoys his family-wife and four daughters, cat named Boots. He is an outdoors man and rides his motorcycle, RV's-camp, and maintain lake properties. They are very busy in the community with volunteering at high school and US gymnastic program thru Roseville, mn.
